A remarkable leader whose dedication to truth, reconciliation, and justice left an indelible mark on our nation. As landscape architects, we are inspired by his profound commitment to honoring Indigenous perspectives, rights, and stewardship of the land. Senator Sinclair’s leadership on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission opened doors for more inclusive, respectful design practices that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Indigenous communities.
As the recipient of an honorary membership to the @csla_aapc ,we honor his legacy and continue to commit ourselves to shaping spaces that reflect the truths he worked so hard to bring to light. It was such a privilege to gather with fellow LA’s at the recent congress on Treaty One in Winnipeg. The rock at Riley Family Duck Pond is missing in action (though Lagiomodiere-Gaboury Park is still at large) – and we hate to end our event on a missing rock!

So, starting right now, an additional rock has been hidden SOMEWHERE in Winnipeg for you to find. We`ve doubled the value of the rock too ($300!), all you need to do is find it!
