Joining MALA

The Manitoba Association of Landscape Architects by-laws define 4 categories of membership:

Full membership is granted when an applicant has had at least 2 full years of experience in an approved landscape architectural apprentice program under the supervision of a Member, has passed the prescribed examination of the Association, and has had at least 7 years or more of education and experience in landscape architectural work.

The Manitoba Association of Landscape Architects is a provincial component association of the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA), which regulates the profession of landscape architecture in Canada through licensing or certification of its members.
