Do you want to learn new skills from experienced mentors in a fast-paced office looking to grow future leaders? If this is you, we want to hear from you.
Why Join HTFC’s Saskatoon Studio:
HTFC works across Canada’s prairie, boreal and tundra regions. Since venturing into the Saskatchewan market with a new studio in 2019, our work in this province has grown quickly and we are looking to put down deeper roots by adding more architectural or landscape architectural technologists to our Saskatoon office.
When you join HTFC you will be working within collaborative teams on urban spaces, waterfronts, public parks, cultural landscapes, landmark destinations, and vibrant mixed-use developments, carefully selected to continue HTFC’s 50+ year focus on sustainable, authentic, and place-specific design. HTFC offers an open and creative office culture where the cross-pollination of ideas thrives through knowledge sharing, collective brainstorming, community events, and the occasional design competition. We work hard and play hard within a fast-paced environment that includes continuous learning. Our staff volunteer locally for initiatives that raise public awareness of the essential role design plays in human health and happiness, often assisting under-resourced community groups with grassroots projects.
HTFC offers a flexible work environment, an experienced team of professional mentors, a peer support system, and an excellent compensation package that includes a competitive salary, exceptional health and wellness benefits, professional dues, and a professional development allowance.
