| This event has been designed by Pierre Thibault, a Québec City architect, in conjunction with the Société du 400e anniversair de Québec.
This call for proposals is aimed at seasoned and budding creators: architects, landscape architects, and visual artists from Québec and the rest of Canada as well as from France , the United Kingdom , and the United States. With a view to preparing the festivities to commemorate the 400 years of Québec City 's existence in 2008, the Société du 400e wishes to receive proposals to create six [6] contemporary ephemeral gardens. All information on this call for proposals [terms and conditions for participation] is available on the website of the Société du 400e de Québec, at www.quebec400.qc.ca. Our goal is to reach as many creators as possible. Could you please disseminate this information in the following ways? 1.
